Casting Calls for Other Theatres

NTD’s Standing Casting Call

The National Theatre of the Deaf is always looking for talented Deaf and signing actors and hearing actors willing to learn sign language.  If you are interested in exploring acting opportunities with NTD, please send a short audition VHS tape or standard-sized DVD, a resume, and a headshot / photograph to:

The VHS tape or DVD you submit should:  
  • Be approximately 10 minutes in duration
  • Contain 3 to 4 short skits
  • Demonstrate your acting range (e.g. comedy, drama, etc.)
  • Demonstrate your signing skills
All applicants must be over the age of 18 and be high school graduates by the time of employment.
